Recently, due to the rapid advancements in AI and large language models, our community has seen some new changes. This week, the group held two online sessions to share how to run large language models on personal computers. I was fortunate to attend both sessions, and during some short breaks, I quickly organized the key points. Everyone is welcome to add more insights!

This is a casual note. Over the past year, most of my energy was devoted to transitioning my career path. Now, in addition to striving toward my next set of goals, I can finally take some time to document the things I love once again. The long-awaited "Up hill and Down sea Project" returns after a year, featuring a specially crafted combination: a "smartphone macro lens" for exploring the mountains, and a "smartphone underwater lens" for diving into the sea. Through this collaboration, I quickly recorded some of the recent activities I've been working on.
